Northtowns Orthopedics, P.C. is pleased to announce their corporate sponsorship of the newly formed Queen City Football
Club for the period of 2007 – 2010. Joel Farwell, practice manager for the organization states that “our organization
has a long history of providing orthopedic services to athletes at all levels from the professional right on down to the weekend
warrior. Our participation with the Queen City Football Club is a natural extension of not only our orthopedic care and expertise
but our involvement in the local community and new ventures. WNY is becoming a soccer hotbed and this relationship is an excellent
fit for both organizations. We will be able to provide the team and player coverage necessary to monitor and maintain the soccer,
lacrosse and field hockey athletes at all levels.” Northtowns provides acute as well as routine orthopedic services to
the 8 counties of WNY. The Queen City Football Club trainers and coaches as well as the athletes have embraced the expertise
that the physicians and staff of the NTO group also provide to the Houghton College Highlanders, the NLL Buffalo Bandits, as well
as a host of other schools and organizations.
Providing a full range of orthopedic services including, hand and upper extremity, foot and ankle, joint replacement
and revision as well as orthopedic trauma services the Northtowns Orthopedics group is well positioned to provide the orthopedic
care necessary for a wide range of musculo-skeletal needs. The sponsorship brings an added level of support to one of the
areas newest sports organizations. With the partnership the two organizations will continue to build on an already sound relationship
that will likely extend far beyond the current term.
